Transfer specialists from Tri-C describe how Tri-C's Transfer Centers are using a best practices guide to assist students transferring into the multi-campus college and students moving on to other institutions to continue their education. Presenters will describe the research and development of the guide and its use in serving and communicating with all shareholders.
