Keynote Speaker:
Heather Adams
Associate Director of Transfer Engagement
The Aspen Institute College Excellence Program
Heather Adams is the Associate Director of Transfer Engagement at The Aspen Institute College Excellence Program. She has led transfer initiatives such as
Tackling Transfer and The Aspen-AASCU Transfer Intensive. And currently supports the Tracking Transfer and Transfer Playbook 2.0 project in partnership with the
Community College Research Center. Before joining CEP, Heather served as the Director of the UCLA Transfer Student Center and Director of UCLA College Learning Communities. Heather'swork has centered on generating institutionalized receptivity, support, and policy restructuring for underserved student communities through
strategic partnership and practice. Heather, a proud community college transfer student, earned an A.A. in psychology from Santa Monica College
and transferred to UCLA, where she obtained a B.A. in psychology and an Ed.D. in educational leadership.

Parking
Convenient parking for the conference is in lot 27S, however guests can park in any CSCC designated lot. No parking passes are required for your visit to campus.
Parking Note: You cannot turn left onto McCoy Street or Grove Street from northbound Cleveland Avenue. Please turn left onto Mt. Vernon Avenue and access lot 27S from Grant Avenue.
50/50 Raffle
Once again, we will be holding a 50/50 raffle to raise funds for our David Gall Memorial and Jason Gibson Memorial Scholarships, which provides a one time scholarship to students transferring from one member institution to another.
