Keynote Speaker
Dr. Michael Rosenberg, Director of Planning for the Office of Planning, Assessment, and Institutional Research, Penn State University
Dr. Rosenberg is a nationally recognized expert on transfer student policy. He is Director of Planning for Penn State University's Office of Planning, Assessment, and Institutional Research. He is also the Co-editor, The Transfer Experience: A Handbook for Creating a More Equitable and Successful Postsecondary System.
A higher education practitioner by trade and training, his extensive background includes experience in student affairs, academic advising, judicial affairs, residence life, and enrollment management. As the inaugural Director of Transfer at Gateway Community and Technical College and as Chair of the Kentucky Community & Technical College System’s statewide transfer task force, he helped drive the conversation in his home state around improving outcomes for this important population.

Parking
Convenient parking for the conference is in lot 27S, however guests can park in any CSCC designated lot. No parking passes are required for your visit to campus.
Parking Note: You cannot turn left onto McCoy Street or Grove Street from northbound Cleveland Avenue. Please turn on Mt. Vernon Avenue and access lot 27-S from Grant Avenue.

50/50 Raffle
Once again, we will be holding a 50/50 raffle to raise funds for our David Gall Memorial and Jason Gibson Memorial Scholarships, which provides a one time scholarship to students transferring from one member institution to another.
