Get Involved! Conference Session Call for Proposals The Ohio Transfer Council is pleased to accept session proposals for the 2026 Annual Conference. We will accept proposals through Friday, April 24. We will review submissions and contact speakers to confirm participation by Friday, May 8. If you have questions about submitting your proposal, don't hesitate to contact HerBrina Shepherd at HerBrina.Shepherd@tri-c.edu. This is open to OTC members, staff, and faculty at colleges and universities, and partners dedicated to transfer initiatives. Breakout sessions will be 55 minutes in length. The proposal should connect with the conference theme of "Breaking Barriers: Building Systems for Transfer Student Success." Facilitated Discussion Suggestions Do you have a topic you would like to discuss with your OTC colleagues during a facilitated discussion? These sessions will provide the opportunity to brainstorm, share ideas and challenges, and learn from OTC colleagues. Last year's topics included Orientation & Onboarding, Transfer Advocacy, and Supporting Students in a Time of Changing State and Federal Policies. |
